2. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Send your notice to our designated agent using one of the methods below. Include all items listed above to avoid delays.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe material removed or disabled was done so by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice should include:

  • Your full legal name and contact information (address, phone, email).
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal (URL).
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal district court (if located in the U.S.) or an equivalent declaration for your jurisdiction, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, Max Coffee will terminate accounts of repeat infringers when appropriate. We may remove or disable access to content that is the subject of multiple valid infringement notices.

We act as a neutral platform and are not responsible for user-posted content. We will remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content only after receiving a valid DMCA notice and any required internal review.
