We accept a variety of secure payment methods to make checkout smooth and safe. Below are the payment options available when you shop at Max Coffee:

1. PayPal

Choose PayPal at checkout to pay with your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or card. Follow the secure PayPal flow to complete payment — no card details are shared with us.

2. Credit & Debit Cards

We accept all major cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) via Shopify Payments and other PCI-compliant gateways. Card details are processed securely by the payment provider and are not stored on our servers.

3. Digital Wallets

Depending on your device and region, you may see Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other digital wallets at checkout. These provide a fast, encrypted payment experience — just select the wallet and confirm.

4. Secure Checkout

5. Payment Issues

If your payment is declined or you have trouble completing checkout:

  • Double-check card details and billing address match what your bank has on file.
  • Ensure your card has sufficient funds and is activated for online or international purchases.
  • Try a different payment method (another card, PayPal, or a digital wallet).
  • Contact your bank to check for holds or fraud blocks.
  • If problems continue, contact our support team and include a screenshot or error message.

6. Taxes & Fees

Sales tax/VAT is calculated based on your shipping address and displayed at checkout. Any shipping fees, duties, or import taxes for international orders will be shown before you complete your purchase (or may be charged by customs upon delivery, depending on the destination).

7. Order Confirmation

After a successful payment you will receive an order confirmation email with order details and tracking info once shipped. If you don’t receive it within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder or contact us.

8. Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you need a refund, follow our Return & Refund Policy. If you dispute a charge with your bank, please also contact us so we can resolve the issue quickly.
