Product Warranty
At Max Coffee we stand behind the quality of our products. All products include a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship issues (unless otherwise stated at the product page).
1. What the warranty covers
Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship during normal use. If a product is found defective, you may be eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund.
2. Warranty period
- Standard warranty: 30 days from date of purchase (or as specified on product page).
3. Replacement, repair & refunds
If approved, we will offer a replacement of equal value, a repair, or a full refund. If an identical replacement isn’t available, we’ll offer a comparable product or refund.
4. Warranty exclusions
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized repair or modification.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) and consumable parts.
- Loss, theft, or damage from improper storage or transport not caused by the manufacturer.
5. How to claim warranty
- Contact Customer Support at contact@maxcoffee.store or call +44 7877 451269. Provide your order number and purchase date.
- Send photos/videos showing the defect and a short description of the issue.
- If your claim is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid return label when applicable.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process a repair, replacement, or refund per the warranty outcome.
Security & Payment Protection
1. Secure checkout (SSL / HTTPS)
Our site uses SSL/HTTPS to encrypt data between your browser and our servers. Look for the padlock icon in your browser during checkout — this confirms a secure connection.
2. Trusted payment processors
Payments are handled by PCI-compliant third-party providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers — payment data is processed and secured by the provider.
3. Fraud prevention
We use fraud-detection tools and may perform additional verification for high-value or suspicious orders. If verification is needed we’ll contact you using the information on your order to confirm details before shipping.
4. What you can do
- Use secure/private internet (avoid public Wi-Fi) when entering payment details.
- Ensure billing address matches your bank’s records to reduce declines.
- Monitor bank statements and report unauthorized charges to your bank immediately.
