1. Can I change my billing or shipping information?

If your order is still processing (not yet shipped) we can usually update billing or shipping addresses. Contact us immediately at contact@maxcoffee.store or call +44 7310 294831. Once an order has shipped the delivery address cannot be changed.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and Apple Pay / Google Pay via Shopify/our payment partners. All payments are processed securely — see our Secure Checkout page for details.

3. Do you provide an invoice?

Yes — an invoice/receipt is emailed to the address used at checkout once payment completes. Keep it for your records.

4. How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

5. Can I send a gift to another address?

Yes — enter the recipient’s address at checkout and add an optional gift note in the order comments.

6. How do I track my shipment?

When your order ships you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order here: Track Your Order.

7. How will I know if my order has shipped?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse.

8. I didn't receive a confirmation email — what now?

Check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s not there, contact contact@maxcoffee.store and include your name, order date, and payment method so we can locate your order.

9. How do returns and exchanges work?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible, unused items. Return shipping is free on approved returns — we provide a prepaid returns label for approved cases. There are no restocking fees for eligible returns. To initiate a return, follow our Return & Refund Policy.
Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item. The refunded amount should appear on your original payment method within an additional 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

11. Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to many countries. International shipping times, duties, and taxes vary by destination. Duties and taxes may be charged on delivery unless paid at checkout — see our Shipping Policy for details.

12. What if an item is out of stock?

Out-of-stock items are clearly marked in cart/checkout. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we’ll notify you and offer alternatives or a refund.
